The second wine of Grand Cru Classe Chateau Fonplegade from St-Emilion. In a very good vintage that doesn’t need long cellaring this is drinking well now. Fleur De Fonplegade is a blend of 95% Merlot with 5% Cabernet Franc from vines that average 30 years and 16 month spent aging in 1 year old oak.

Good fruit concentration and weight with an open quality. Complex notes of plums and black cherries with a hint of cocoa and cloves.

From the glorious Dorset countryside comes this elegantly smooth Pinot Noir wine. Floral aromas of peonies and violet lead to strawberry and Morello cherry on the palate. Enjoy with roast pork or vegetarian stroganoff.

This is a delicious vibrant St Joseph Blanc produced on the sandy granite soild of the Chavanay AC. Marsanne and Roussanne are hand picked, barrel fermented and lees aged for 9 months. Delicious apricot and peach fruits abound.

This is 100% Tempranillo, from 50 year old vines. Sourced from a single vineyard with 13 months in oak and 16 months in bottle. A superb wine with a wonderful aromatic nose with a palate of many layers of soft, succulent fruit. Really delicious.

Top class wine from Israel! From 14 ha on limestone soils in the foothill of the Judean Mountains. 100% Chardonnay, sorted by hand, fermented in oak and aged on lees. Delicious, plump, refined ripe Burgundian fruit on nose and palate. Superb!

The Pfersigberg Grand Cru site is dominated by gravel with rich magnesium perfect for Riesling. From the wonderful 2012 vintage. Exceptional wine, elegant, steely and concentrated.

A classic Kabinett, this wine boasts ripe citrus fruit,green tea and herbal aromas, along with subtle hints of flint. The palateis lifted and juicy, with sweet orange peel, ripe pomelo and grapefruit flavours that are beautifully balanced by racy acidity and a subtle mineral edge.

From 14ha in the foothills of the Judean Mountains, a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, aged in French oak for 18 months. Concentrated and powerful Cassis fruit with oak and herbs. Really superb wine.
