Deep, rich, succulent fruit with soft, vanilla oak. Clos De Gat use minimal filtration and fining to preserve the pure texture and expression of the fruit. A truly fantastic wine.

Bacalhoa's flagship wine. Rich red fruit aromas, with star anise, clove and a touch of spicy oak, lead on to a complex palate. Ripe bramble fruit and plum flavours are backed by well-structured tannins and a touch of dark chocolate - all lifted by balancing acidity.

From one of the worlds top sherry producers, this vermouth is made from a blend of PX and Oloroso macerated with 27 botanicals (sourced locally where possible). Rich and mouthfilling, citrus peel fruit flavours are balanced with sweet spice and herbal characteristics. Delicious served over ice, with a splash of soda and garnished with a slice of orange.

A single plot in the communal AOC. A very mineral Saint-Véran, with white flowers and mint, which ends on a fresh and linear finish.

This exclusive cuvée from Domaine de la Croix Senaillet is defined by a fine and very aromatic nose.The fruity notes combine with a light touch of minerality, a very nice balance as well as a good length. It offers great suppleness as well as good freshness in the mouth.

Chateau Roudier is a 30ha property situated in the hills of Montagne. 35 year old vines of 65% Merlot with 25% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in one third new oak.

Richard Martins wines are delicious. A superbly balanced, mineral nose with a bright, generous palate of creamy, green apple.

A wonderful example of Viognier from a top producer that beats many a Codnrieu. A scented nose and a fine palate of peach, apricot and balanced acidity.
