Bacchus at it's very best! A real star from Lyme Bay Winery and a shining example of how well Bacchus grows in Devon. The grapes are harvested early for maximum freshness with 4 months aging on lees.

Ruby red in colour, this Ripasso opens with a concentrated nose full of aromas of red fruits and dried cherries. Full-bodied on the palate, it shows lovely balance between an opulent cherry-pie character and supple structure. The finish is long with a mouthwatering bitter-cherry twist.

This wine is deep red in colour. On the nose, there are intense aromas of ripe dark fruit, crushed raspberries, plums and Mediterranean spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a great concentration of ripe, rounded fruit.

This wine is brilliant straw yellow in colour, with greenish hints. On the nose it has aromas of white flowers, almond blossoms, marzipan and a touch of citrus. The palate is rounded and has flavours of ripe fruit perfectly balanced by a fresh, clean acidity. Long and fragrant, it has a note of fine, almond pastry on the finish.

A beautiful strawberry hue with aromatic notes reminiscent of raspberries and subtle spice.

Sourced from fruit of Raukawa, Haumona and gimblett Gravels. 100% Chardonnay, both steel and barrel fermented and a portion of oak aging. A lovely nose of broad, white fruit with a yeasty, creamy nose followed by and elegant, refined palate of citrus fruit.

A pronounced herbaceous character on the nose followed by fennel and thyme, citrus flesh and a lovely lift. Elegant and medium bodied with a gentle creaminess and a pleasing acidic textural element. Classy with a long finish. Was £23.50

A Dry white wine with a sophisticated edge. Star-bright, medium intensity rose-gold with copper flashes. Highly aromatic with orange blossom and tangerine peel plus attractive stone fruits including apricot and yellow nectarine. The palate is distinctly fruit-driven with vibrant flavours of greengage, quetsch and yellow plum.

Deep red colour, with cherry compote infused with star anise on the nose. The concentrated palate is serious and densely fruity, and well structured tannins suggest good ageing potential.

Bodegas Urbina is located in Cuzcorrita de Rio Tiron, an area of Rioja Alta known for its long lived wines. 95% Tempranillo with Graciano and Mazuelo with 12 months in oak and 6 months in bottle. A really classic Crianza with many layers of fine, aromatic fruit.
