A beautifully rich wine made from perfectly ripened grapes.The personality of this wine is expressed in its colour a beautiful deep garnet with slightly brick tints and its generous bouquet with earthy notes and jammy, red-berried fruit. After the smooth palate with its crunchy extract, the finish brings out the spicy tannins typical of Medoc wines.

The palate is crisp and vibrant with a silky mouthfeel. Flavours include bramley apple, quince and candied peel with uplifting acidity and a zesty finish. It boasts good depth of flavour with a refined structure and excellent balance.

Valdespino is one of the oldest bodegas in Jerez. In 1264, Alfonso Valdespino was one of 24 knights who fought against the Arabs for the city of Jerez with King Alfonso X. As a reward for his efforts, he was given the land that formed the basis of the bodega. Deliciosa is very dry, crisp and fresh with a slightly saline finish.

It’s as explosive, bright and dramatic as the flower the domaine is named after; popping with ripe cherry, wild strawberry, plum, blackcurrant, rosemary and clove. Divine with salt beef and lashings of mustard, rare beef Thai salads, Sunday roasts or homemade tomato sauces.

Ripe aromas of black fruits, blackcurrant pastilles and a hint of coffee and vanilla. The palate has wild blackberries, toasty oak and black pepper notes - all balanced by fresh acidity and a touch of dark chocolate.

A pure, pale salmon pink colour with gentle onion skin hues that shine from the glass upon swirling. A fine, delicate nose with floral blossom, peach, fresh citrus, and hints of red fruit lead to a classic fresh and bright palate, a spritely acidity balanced with wild strawberry, raspberry, and stone fruit notes.

The domaine of Roger Sabon is as highly rated as any in the Rhone. Sourced from hillside vineyards around the village of Roquemaure it is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre and Carignan. A scented, spicy red fruit nose with a palate of rich fruit with balance and texture.

From a modern and biodynamic domaine in Hunawihr, this is an excellent style of Gewurztraminer with perfumed, scented fruit of lychee and elderflower.

Between Macon and Lyon, in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards and at the foot of Mount Brouilly we find this beautifully renovated, magnificent building, located in an exceptional setting in the middle of the vines. Brouilly is very pleasing when young but also drinks well after a few years cellaring.
