For over 100 years Palmers Brewery aged, blended and bottled whisky out of their bonded warehouses on Gundry Lane, Bridport. This limited bottling of single cask, single malt whisky has been matured in the perfectly cool conditions of the Brewery's cellars in Dorset for 18 years. Bottled at its natural cask strength to retain its pure and intense characteristics.

A ruby red liqueur packed with notes of fresh cherry with a light almond hint. Its recipe can be traced back to the old Eastern European tradition, but this Bols Cherry Brandy liqueur fits seamlessly with the modern palate. Refreshing in a mixer, herbaceous, and rich in a crafted cocktail.

Bols Elderflower is a clear liqueur made from the honey-scented blossoms of the elder tree or Sambucus nigra. Fresh and floral, the liqueur is crafted with natural botanicals and forms a beautiful addition to summery cocktails and mixers to create at home.

The color is a pale straw yellow, with a fruity aroma with subtle notes of Sicilian citrus. On the palate, it is clean and light, with a fragrant flavor and a good level of acidity.

A classic, unaged white with a crystalline color. It has the intense and aromatic aroma typical of Moscato grapes. The taste is smooth and rich in fruity aromas.

Very fruity wine, characteristic of carbonic maceration. On the nose, strawberries and raspberries stand out on a milky background. In the mouth it is round, fresh, very soft and pleasant.

Prettily aromatic on the nose with ripe strawberries, peaches and dried raspberries. Lovely and dry on the palate with plentiful bubbles.

Intense aromas of forest fruits are married with a well integrated toastiness. On the palate, velvety tannins give structure and a mouthwatering acidity carries the flavours onto the lingering finish. A Bourgogne Pinot Noir that punches well above its weight.

Classic varietal notes of cedar and tomato leaf, aromas of blackcurrant and menthol. A palate of cassis and liquorice is followed by mouth filling tannins, providing great length whilst carrying the blue fruits and subtle cigar box notes.

A nose of aromatic fresh peach and nectarine balanced by nutmeg and almond spice with salted buttery notes. The palate is rich, full of soft white nectarine, hints of lemon citrus finishing with a crisp, dry & lingering acidity.

Chocolate, vanilla and ripe blackberries, toasted oak, cigar box and autumn leaf notes. The palate is rich, with ripe tannins, juicy dark fruits. Savoury spice and perfumed oak and a persistent fruit-sweet length all lead to a wholesome savoury vanilla and tobacco spice finish.
