The Silver Myn Sauvignon Blanc is a deliciously drinkable wine with crisp, ripe, mineral flavours balanced by clean acidity.

A Bordeaux blend from the Banghoek Valley, this has an abundance of dark, curranty fruit and distinctive South African earthiness, with just a touch of balsamic on the finish.

Dominant fragrances on stone fruits and orange peel supported by a subtle notes of honey suckle. Vibrant fruit with plentiful mouth-feel and lasting finish on the palate. A truly beautiful display of an old vineyard portraying its story.

Vibrant red fruits on the nose with a savoury, fynbos finesse. On the palate it has ripe, black cherry fruit offset by cranberry freshness and texture with taut acidity on the finish.

Produced on the poor soils of the Schrepenberg Mountain in Stellenbosch, a wine that possesses great minerality and structure. Chenin Blanc, Sauvingon Blanc and Semillon aged on lees and oak. Excellent tension of tropical fruit and mineral core.

A fine pale-coloured rosé with delicate aromas of pomegranates and raspberry and a distinctive flintiness. There’s finesse and elegance on the palate with flavours of soft red fruits, a gentle silky texture and a lingering fresh acidity on the finish.

Crushed laurel on the nose along with lime and goosberries and a lightly salty tang. This is a ripe and textured style of Sauvignon, with good concentration of citrus and stone fruit characters and fennel hints, this richness is balanced by taut, mineral acidity.

A harmoniuosly integrated blend with great length that combines the spiciness of the Syrah, the fresh fruits of the Petit Verdot and the juiciness from the Merlot. The beginning is fresh and fruity with good acidity, evolving into riper flavours and herbaceous notes, with elegant tannins and fine, bright acid in the finish.

A stunning Chenin Blanc from Boutinot in Stellenbosch. Barrel fermented, lees contact and oak matured. Stunning, rich, ripe fruit balanced by acidity.

The palate is a masterpiece of blending - hugely appealing with juicy mouth-filling flavours of red berries, plums and smoky hints balanced with a fine, soft tannic structure and rounded finish.
