Ftrom the Willunga district of the McLaren Vale, this is an excellent 100% Viognier with peach and apricot nuances on nose and palate, and with mineral acidity.

A really most delicious and wonderful Shiraz from the Krondorf district. Dense, luxurious fruit, superb texture and wonderful in all ways.

Aromas of lemon and grapefruit with hints of lime blossom and jasmine. A fresh, zesty palate with loads of citrus flavour and a grapefruit gin-like finish.

This deep crimson-coloured Shiraz is youthful and vibrant, with a lovely dark fruit and spiced plum character on the nose. The oak supports the fruit, which is bright and lively on the palate while offering earthy notes of nutmeg and black pepper. The tannins are ripe and velvety, giving the wine texture.

This Chardonnay is pale yellow in colour. On the nose, there are aromas of citrus and stone fruit with white floral aromas. The palate is dominated by white peach and nectarine with hints of spice adding to the complexity of the wine. It is crisp and elegant with a lovely texture and long finish.

Pure aromas reminiscent of fresh apricots, ginger, saffron and fresh white flowers. The palate is long and silky with stone fruit flavours, finishing with an alluring freshness. This wine will continue to grow and develop in the bottle, firstly showing enhanced apricots and spice, then honey flavours and toast complexity.

A nose of aromatic fresh peach and nectarine balanced by nutmeg and almond spice with salted buttery notes. The palate is rich, full of soft white nectarine, hints of lemon citrus finishing with a crisp, dry & lingering acidity.

A nose of plum, raspberry, violet flower, blueberry, mocha and a hint of spiced. On the palate its fresh blueberry fruit with lots of plum, dark cherries and young blackcurrant fruits. A long fine tannin structure throughout gives an excellent backbone to this food friendly style of Barossa Shiraz.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark purple colour with bright violet edges. On the nose, it has aromas of blueberries and cassis. The palate is rich, deep and intensely flavoured with blueberry and blackberry. It has soft powdery Cabernet tannins that are softened by smooth, mouth-filling fruit before an extended finish.

Bright and tangy with a nose of freshly picked limes, lemon meringue and lifted floral aromas.. Lots of citrus flavours intertwined and a waxy minerality. Slight fruit sweetness balances the acidity and allows for good length on the finish.
