This deep crimson-coloured Shiraz is youthful and vibrant, with a lovely dark fruit and spiced plum character on the nose. The oak supports the fruit, which is bright and lively on the palate while offering earthy notes of nutmeg and black pepper. The tannins are ripe and velvety, giving the wine texture.

A thoroughly enjoyable blend of Shiraz, Grenahce and Mourvedre with a dense, strawberry nose and a fresh, spicy palate of cherry fruit. Very polished.

Deep red in colour with youthful violet hints, the wine has aromas of rose petals, lifted red fruits and a hint of lime marmalade from the co-fermentation with the aromatic Eden Valley Riesling. Wild cherries, blueberries and balanced, spicy oak make for an opulent palate, with velvety tannins and an intriguing finish

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark purple colour with bright violet edges. On the nose, it has aromas of blueberries and cassis. The palate is rich, deep and intensely flavoured with blueberry and blackberry. It has soft powdery Cabernet tannins that are softened by smooth, mouth-filling fruit before an extended finish.

This wine is bright ruby red in colour with a vivid purple rim in the glass. Aromas of ripe dark fruits such as blood plum and blackberry are complemented by savoury notes of black olives and oak char. On the palate, it is a full-bodied, mouth-filling wine with fine grained tannins and concentrated dark fruits, and a hint of coffee and mocha on the long finish

A fresh, lively Riesling with a delicate green tinge and hints of freshly picked limes and orange peel. The palate shows great fruit purity with a refreshingly crisp, dry finish. Although ready to drink now, it can be aged with confidence for a few years.

Aromas of plum and red berries with notes of vanilla and coconut from the American oak. Red berry spice and vanilla continue on the full-bodied palate that marry with ripe velvety tannins and a softly structured finish.

Pale lemon in colour. On the nose, this wine showcases vibrant lemon, lime and pink grapefruit characters along with green apple and a dash of fresh herbs. It has nice mid-palate weight and texture and a fine acidity. Bright and aromatic, it has become known as a benchmark for Adelaide Hills and Australian Sauvignon Blanc.

This is a bright, bloody Shiraz from old river land vines blended with Barossa Cabernet that gives the nose a grapite, leafy lift. A South Australian classic the palate reflects the rich iron source soils with notes of ripe, fresh red cherries with a touch of star anise from the local eucalypt influence.

Mouvedre works well in Australia and this is delicious. Lush bramble fruit with savoury, gamey notes.
