Fragrant rosewater and grapefruit aromas. Pure, rich lychee, and rose flavours are underpinned by hints of spice and graphite minerality. Well judged acidity provides initial lift and then gives way to a rich, rounded finish with a pleasant pithiness.

Harvested late in the season, the grapes become partially dried on the vine, resulting in wines with candied fruit flavours. Very aromatic. Subtle sweetness thanks to a very rich acidity that harmonizes the sugars. Finesse, lightness and elegance.

This is a really wonderful Fino Sherry from a single Solera of 4-5 years of age. Fresh, fruity and alive with yeasty, nutty, savoury character. A perfect aperitif.
