A Chardonnay dominant cuvée which is citrus led, with mineral & saline notes, suited to all occasions; particularly in the spring & summer months. The Corallian drinks equally well on its own or particularly with fish dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 5 years.

A terrific quality traditional method, new world sparkling from Seifried Estate in New Zealand. A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from cool climate Nelson, with 4 years lees age.

A rich and wide aromatic palate of white fruits, pear, baked apple, apricot, subtle notes of honey, hazelnuts, dried currants and brioche. The finish is long, harmonious and structured, with a beautiful freshness.

A great sparkling wine from Lyme Bay made from 100% Seyval Blanc using the traditional Champagne method production.

100% Glera a deliciously light and fruity Prosecco with hints of apple and peach on the nose and a fresh, softly sparkling palate with characters of soft ripe stone fruits.

This Prosecco is a light straw yellow with fine bubbles. A pleasant bouquet with notes of pear and white flowers that follow onto a palate which is bright and clean with a refreshing finish.

The Cuvée D is rich and intense, with lively acidity bringing balance, freshness and minerality. As James Halliday describes, "there is a plethora of spiced, dried and fresh fruits, balance and freshness provided by a surge of citrussy acidity on the finish. And aftertaste." The Pinot Noir gives body and length to the wine, while the Chardonnay adds elegance and finesse.

The wine has a lovely Pinot Noir richness on the nose, with aromas of baked apples and vanilla. On the palate, it is full, rounded and well balanced, with a lively, persistent finish.

Almond blossom and honeysuckle dance on the nose, with fragrant stone fruits including yellow nectarine and quince. Attractive aromas of freshly baked shortbread and sweet brioche. The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit, sweet apple compote and stewed medlar. It has a wonderful creamy mousse and a silky smooth texture.

Complex and evolved on the nose (which comes from the long autolysis of its yeasts) with nutty and toasted bread aromas. Fresh, full bodied, elegant and balanced on the palate, characterised by citrus, honeyed and mineral flavors, with appealing acidity and long, evolving finish.
