Sparkling

100% Glera a deliciously light and fruity Prosecco with hints of apple and peach on the nose and a fresh, softly sparkling palate with characters of soft ripe stone fruits.

Ruby red in colour, this is a lightly sparkling, semi-dry Lambrusco (around 25g/l residual sugar) with bright aromas of redcurrant and strawberry, and floral hints. Ripe cherry and berry fruit on the palate with a refreshing spritz.

A great alternative to Prosecco, from Veneto made in the Charmat method of tank fermentaion from the grape variety Durello. Citrus and gently floral aromas lead to a very fresh and zippy palate with crisp green apple and lightly honeyed characters. A refreshing and approachable style of fizz - yet with texture and depth underlying the bright fruit.

This Prosecco is a light straw yellow with fine bubbles. A pleasant bouquet with notes of pear and white flowers that follow onto a palate which is bright and clean with a refreshing finish.

Intensely aromatic, complex nose with notes of red fruits, wild peach and pink grapefruit, and some floral notes. The same intensity is found on the palate, sustained by the finely balanced sweetness and natural, tangy freshness. The fine bubbles burst onto the palate, freeing up deliciously fruity aromas. The impression is one of biting into a ripe fruit. The aromas have incredible length. Off dry.

This Prosecco Rosé is a beautiful peach pink, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, intense fruity aromas of peach, raspberry and ripe passion fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a pleasant acidity and a fresh and harmonious flavour.

White fruit and citrus aromas lead onto a complex palate with green apple, stone fruit and a touch of white spice. Bubbles are fine and persistent through to the long finish and gentle savoury twist.

A harmoniously balanced crémant with fine bubbles, a persistant foam and a wonderful length in the mouth. It is fresh and powerful on the nose with aromas of citrus. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif, as it comes, or with a liqueur such as crème de cassis. Why not even drink it throughout a whole meal!

Traditional method, 100% piquepoul blanc. Pale yellow with green highlights in colour , fine clean bubbles on the cordon. Fine and discreet on the nose, with fresh white fruit aromas then dried fruit appearing after aeration.
