Sparkling

A rich and wide aromatic palate of white fruits, pear, baked apple, apricot, subtle notes of honey, hazelnuts, dried currants and brioche. The finish is long, harmonious and structured, with a beautiful freshness.

One of Langham Wine Estate’s flagship wines, the Blanc de Blancs, entirely from Chardonnay grown on our Dorset vineyard. Intense, with perfumed notes of orchard fruit, dark, concentrated minerality and full-bodied on the palate – a fantastic sparkling wine for food. A complex yet elegant example of how great Chardonnay can be in the UK.

Bollinger needs no introduction. 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier with 5-10% of reserve wines included in the blend and a high proportion of the wine coming from Premier and Grand Cru sites. Substantial and complex fruit with a biscuity egde and creamy acidity.

The Cuvée D is rich and intense, with lively acidity bringing balance, freshness and minerality. As James Halliday describes, "there is a plethora of spiced, dried and fresh fruits, balance and freshness provided by a surge of citrussy acidity on the finish. And aftertaste." The Pinot Noir gives body and length to the wine, while the Chardonnay adds elegance and finesse.

From a 16 ha site of Premier Cru vineyards in the Cote De Blan. Mainly Chardonney with a touch of Pinot Noir, unified in oak and four years on lees. Stunning!

Our house Champagne. A really delicious, 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from the Southern most district of the Aube. Ripe, almost tropical fruit with a creamy mousse.

Only produced in exceptional years from exclusively Grand Cru rated grapes. Rich, biscuity and yeasty, this wine carries the ultimate expression of the house style.
