A low yielding site in Robertson produces the 100% Chardonnay needed for this excellent wine. Crisp, unoaked, naturally fermented Chardonnay with purity of fruit and good depth of flavour. Extended time on the lees adds nutty and toasty notes. Intense yet delicate right through to the finish.

Vibrant and aromatic with delicious subtle perfumed aromas with white peach and hints of jasmine on the nose. On the palate it has tight, white, fleshy stone fruit and fresh apricot flavours that balances the sandy texture.

A deliciously refreshing change from straight Sauvignon Blanc. Luscious exotic fruit aromas from the Rolle are balanced by the clean, zingy fruit of Sauvignon, resulting in a wonderfully aromatic smooth dry white.

From the foothills of the Andes this elegant Merlot is ripe with soft, delicious creamy fruit.

Bready aromas and dried herbaceous notes, including fennel and aniseed dominate the nose, followed by a creamy lemon character. The palate is reminiscent of the nose, with great textural complexity, attributable to the long, slow wild yeast fermentation.

From world renowned producer Casa Silva - this wine highlights the value on offer when you look outside of the classic Sauvignon Blanc regions. An exuberant, youthful wine with notes of lemon, mango & melon, all wrapped up with juicy, fresh acidity.

Bright, expressive and gently savoury on the nose. Along with its blushing hue, the palate rewards with fresh pomegranate flavour and acidity with savoury gamey notes. A fresh, elegant style with refreshing acisity and a bright, beating heart of crunchy cherry fruit.

This shows fresh citrus fruit on the nose with lightly herbal notes. On the palate it has crunchy Bramley apple characters, stone fruit, minerality in the background, a lemony finish and crisp acidity.

A wonderful combination of notes of wild ref ruits, blackberry and blackcurrant, and the fragrance of the surrounding garrigue. The palate has just the right amount of richness and a creamy texture enveloping balanced tannins. Serve with barbecue or, slightly chilled, as an aperitif.
