From the Simonsberg district of Stellenbosch, a wonderful Pinotage Rose. Full of summer fruit flavours, it is crisp, fresh and delicious.

100% Pinotage with twelve months in French oak. Filled with delicious plum, port and prune flavours. Delicious and modern.

A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 16 months in oak, masses of elegant cassis fruit with plummy notes, fine oak and a rich smokiness. Refined and polished, drink as you would a Claret.

A really excellent Delheim wine. From the south west slopes of the Simmonsberg Mountain. Cold fermentation, malolactic fermentation, matured on lees in French barrique for eleven months. A superb nose of citrus, spice and yeast with a citrus and butterscotch palate.

The nose has an immediate attack of lemongrass and grapefruit with notes of hay and fennel. The palate has a rich textural mouthfeel of lanolin and waxy lemons. Pithy, affermatively tart with bright acidity this would be a joyous accompaniment to oily fish or green curries.

A ripe, open nose with white peach, apricots and hints of jasmine flowers. The palate shows texture and generosity from the old bush vine Chenin, veiled with white spice and exotic notes from the younger, alluring Grenache Blanc, the whole ultimately finishing rich, yet fresh and textural.

Crushed laurel on the nose along with lime and goosberries and a lightly salty tang. This is a ripe and textured style of Sauvignon, with good concentration of citrus and stone fruit characters and fennel hints, this richness balanced by taut, mineral acidity.

An elegant rendition of this often unruly varietal. Ripe, dark fruit with graphite notes on the nose with wild herb and lifted red berry aromas. Robust and concentrated with the dense yet fine tannins typical of the variety and with a freshness and lightness of touch, thanks to high natural acidity and moderate alcohol.

A fine example of a South African Merlot, ripe with fruit dominated flavours of cassis and plum compote this biodynamic full bodied wine is complemented by notes of dark chocolate.

A stunning Chenin Blanc from Boutinot in Stellenbosch. Barrel fermented, lees contact and oak matured. Stunning, rich, ripe fruit balanced by acidity.
