Fresh and zesty with grassy and dry bay leaf aromatics, fynbos (indidgenous South African bush), mineral notes, with hints of richness. This is a restrained Sauvignon Blanc with a palate that has lots of minerality and citrus with just a touch of green pepper and grass.

A low yielding site in Robertson produces the 100% Chardonnay needed for this excellent wine. Crisp, unoaked, naturally fermented Chardonnay with purity of fruit and good depth of flavour. Extended time on the lees adds nutty and toasty notes. Intense yet delicate right through to the finish.

Bready aromas and dried herbaceous notes, including fennel and aniseed dominate the nose, followed by a creamy lemon character. The palate is reminiscent of the nose, with great textural complexity, attributable to the long, slow wild yeast fermentation.

Old bush vine Cinsault forms the backbone of this 'proper' rosé. A pale, spicy and textural Rosé mostly sourced from bush-vine Cinsault with summer fruits on the palate and a lovely clean, savoury, dry finish.

Fresh, plummy aromas with savoury, smoky notes. The palate is ripe and rich with vibrant black fruit characters offset by ripe tannins and a spicy finish. Perfect with pork belly dishes or barbecued meats, boerwurst, game or good, old fashioned sausage and mash.

Wild yeast fermentation, low yields and ageing in large French oak foudre are what defines this savoury and appealing Syrah. Full yet elegant with bramble fruits and also some earth and meaty aromas.

The nose has an immediate attack of lemongrass and grapefruit with notes of hay and fennel. The palate has a rich textural mouthfeel of lanolin and waxy lemons. Pithy, affermatively tart with bright acidity this would be a joyous accompaniment to oily fish or green curries.
