Soave Classico Staforte is made from 100% Garganega grapes, selected from the best sites of Pra's Monteforte Estate, situated in the heart of the Soave Classico zone. Pra Staforte Soave is a fine and poised wine with notes of ripe apples, has a great texture hints of stone fruit and a savoury character. This blend of Catarratto, Grillo, Damaschino and Inzolia is made with strictly selected grapes vinified before fermentation is stopped with the addition of eau de vie so sugar levels remain below 40g/L. This “Mistella” is then blended with the best DOC wine and aged at least 2 years in French oak casks. The final wine is fortified to 18% alcohol. With toffee and nutty aromas, this wine has rich dry fruit palate flavors. Passito di Pantelleria Muscat of Alessandria, or Zibibbo, grapes are harvested at the end of August and dried naturally before vinification. The wine shows complex, elegant dried fruit and apricot aromas with beautiful balance.

A medium sweet Marsala made from Catarratto, Grillo and Inzolia. Use as an aperitif, with pudding or in a sweet dish.

Straw-yellow in colour with a greenish hue, this wine delights with aromas of white fruit, stone fruit and lime zest, which are immediately beguiling and followed by a subtle yet persistent bouquet of green apples. The palate is well-balanced with a fresh acidity and impressive structure. Almond notes linger on the finish.

Appealing aromas of citrus and ripe peach, with notes of brioche. On the palate fresh apple and lightly floral characters, ripe and textural, balanced by crisp citrus acidity, and a persistent mousse.

A top Chianti Classico Riserva with 80% of the wine spending 18 months in Slavonian oak and 20% aged in French oak barriques. Very classic in style showing deep, powerful black and red cherry fruit with violet and black pepper. A truly fantastic wine.

Deep ruby red, with a light and colored froth.The nose reveals notes of wild berries and blackberries. On the palate is characterized by a nice freshness, with a powerful acidity that goes hand in hand with the light but persistent fresh fruity flavour. Even without sugars, the wine has fullness.
