This is a blend of apple juice and cider brandy, which is then aged in cask. The result is a complex, nutty, toffee-laden delight. Sophisticated complex apples with honeysuckle and a hint of almond.

The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with Warner Edwards' Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion.

A blend of several vintages of which the youngest is 10 years old. A light yellow colour with orange highlights, some hints of oak on the nose and a touch of vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth it is spirited and straightforward. An elegant and floral armagnac.
