Upfront sweet fennel seed and earthy liquorice. Gentle cracked black pepper spice to follow, then top notes of fresh fennel and fragrant orange blossom.Very full bodied with a lovely creamy texture. Extremely long finish, but with a dryness to it. Lingering herbal complexity, citrus freshness and gentle sweet spice.

Lugger Golden Rum is a gorgeous sipping rum, many years in the making, and boy is it worth the wait. A carefully considered blend of 8 Year Old Barbados Rum, 8YO Dominican Republic Rum, 8YO Venezuela Rum and 8YO Panama Rum.

A delicate combination of floral elderflower and fresh pine with a hint of berry sweetness and herbaceous dill on the nose. Sweet yet complex berry flavours on the palate with a faint hint of salinity from kelp and samphire. Floral notes from elderflower and resinous pine provide a full spectrum of flavour. The finish is long and lingering with sweetness making way for elderberry tartness, dryness from sage and pine and lasting sense of the sea from the subtle flavours of kelp.

Bacchus at it's very best! A real star from Lyme Bay Winery and a shining example of how well Bacchus grows in Devon. The grapes are harvested early for maximum freshness with 4 months aging on lees.

Devon produces top quality, traditional method sparkling Rose due to the quality of the Pinot Noir grown here, Lyme Bay Winery is at the top of their game with this one. A classy rosé boasting a bright, fruit-driven palate with a richness of honey and hints of brioche and almond.
