This is an excellent wine showing great winemaking skill. 86% Bacchus, 14% Chardonnay, matured in American Oak for seven months. An elderflower and vanilla nose with a broad yet fresh palate of citrus and wood.
Black Cow Vodka is the worlds only pure milk vodka. Produced locally in Dorset it is made entirely from the whey that has been separated from the curds that are used to make their local cheddar. This rare and unusual vodka is triple filtered and pure with a unique soft and creamy texture.
Nose showing some florally and white summer fruits, more depth of fruit than expected on the palate, attractively open for a very cool climate and the Granny Smith acidity refreshes the finish, definitely “Burgundian” with a good year or two in front of it.
Lovely expression of red summer fruits on the nose with Pinot Noir precision and purity on the palate, light in texture with fruit dominant and smoothness and more depth to come, a hint of new American oak well blended in to add some structure on the finish
his great aperitif and food rosé is brighter and pinker than the fashionably pale rosés from Provence. The nose shows summer red fruits and the palate is nicely rounded with Bride Valley’s refreshing natural acidity on the finish.
