Reserve Rose from Domaine Pellehaut is the result of a selection of grapes from the estate’s best parcels. It is a dry rose, a blend of Pinot Noir and Gascon Tannat or Syrah depending on the vintage. This minerally wine is a light pink in hue, reminiscent of Mediterranean roses -

A pale pink hue, this mellow wine offers us a multitude of flavors. We smell Gariguette strawberry, vineyard peach, melon and rose. The palate is tasty with a mix of strawberries, raspberries and vine peach. This wine has a good balance between sweetness and green apple. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the end of a meal, accompanied by a chocolate treat or strawberry tart. -

The grapes are fermented in 100 litre oak Fuder and stainless steel - both parts blended later to add complexity. The wine rests on its fine lees before bottling.Fragrant aromas of ripe apricots and red apples. Delicious citrus characters are balanced by refreshing minerality. -
