Les Six is a blend of six different grape varieties. Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre, Carignan, Counoise and Cinsault. Full-flavoured and complex with the typical freshness and elegance coming from our hillside vineyards, layers of fruit are interwoven and underpinned by a plush texture and supple tannins which propel the scents and flavours of peppery red and black fruits to a vibrant, expressive finish.

A generous wine packed full of juicy fruits of the forest, cassis and chocolate characters. Medium to full-bodied, the fleshy fruits are supported by moreish, supple tannins. A balanced wine with a persistent fruit finish.

Domaine Felix is one of Saint-Bris' oldest family run estates dating from 1692. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is pale gold in colour. An intensely aromatic nose with gooseberry, citrusy aromas. Dry on the palate, with the classic gooseberry flavours leading onto a crisp minerally finish.

This Reserve Gewurztraminer is full and concentrated with weighty lychee and rose petal fruit with a fresh, honeyed finish.

This 2017 Late Bottled Vintage Port was produced from grapes sourced from four of Graham’s vineyards located in various prime sites in the mountainous Douro Valley. The low yields translated into intense and concentrated wines, rich and opulent — beautifully balanced by the freshness provided by excellent acidity — such was the quality, that Graham’s declared a classic Vintage Port from 2017.

Complex aromas of red berry, bramble fruit and a touch of spice. The palate has blackberry and plum notes balanced by some savoury characters, bright acidity, a hint of pepper and ripe tannins.

Fine elegant bubbles with white fleshed fruit flavours and a touch of hazelnut and almond. Crisp, clean with a touch of green apple tartness. A lovely aperitif or with seafood and fruity desserts.

Red berried fruit followed by dark chocolate, then mild spices. Rounded and mellow, delicately balanced between toasty notes and fruit, the palate is chewy with a pleasingly aromatic finish and fine length. 70% Merlot 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

An unoaked Chinon with youthful wild berry fruit, supple chalky tannins and a refreshing Cabernet Franc tang on the long finish.
