Made from 35% Semillon and 65% Sauvignon fermented in new oak and rested on their lees for several months adding texture and complexity.

Ripe blackcurrant and wild berry fruit on the nose complimented sweet vanilla oak. Rich cassis and black cherry fruit on the palate with a soft, juicy, yet long finish. Framed by the subtle American oak.

With attractive, bramble fruit and floral aromas, the palate is up-front and fresh with warm spice and real depth.

This Chardonnay is pale yellow in colour. On the nose, there are aromas of citrus and stone fruit with white floral aromas. The palate is dominated by white peach and nectarine with hints of spice adding to the complexity of the wine. It is crisp and elegant with a lovely texture and long finish.

The Pinot Nero shows just what can be achieved with the cool nights (thanks to altitude) here. The wine has good colour and an appealing cherry perfume, decent depth on the palate and good length. It puts many a Bourgogne Pinot Noir to shame.

52% Grenache, 24% Syrah, 24% Carignan. Ageing 15 months. Aromatic, a lot of red fruits combined with aromas of plants and herbs of the south of France. Elegant and well balanced.

Aromas of yellow lemon, pineapple, green apple and lemon blossom. It is a fresh, light and mineral wine, with citrus flavors and hints of vegetables. 100% stainless steel. 3 Months Lees Work.

Ripe red berry aromas with a touch of spice. On the palate layers of fresh plum, blackcurrant and juicy red cherry balance spicy, developed flavours. A well-structured, complex and authentic Riserva with rounded tannins and a generous, peppery finish.

Lifted red berry aromas and delicate fruit characters. The palate is fresh, bright and quite vinous with balancing citrus acidity and an elegant, dry finish. Quite serious in style, with generous juicy fruit, and very good with food.

This wine has aromas of ripe peach and pear with hints of flint. On the palate, it is rich and well-balanced, with a refreshing finish.
