Alasia Gavi
Wine Description:
Appealing aromas of citrus fruit and white flower with a touch of white spice. The palate has more citrus characters with hints of orchard and stone fruits. Crisp, refreshing acidity balances underlying minerality.
The Cortese grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Gavi region, with limestone-clay soils. Grapes are hand harvested typically in the last week of September. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.Food Suggestion:
A good partner for summer salads, fish dishes and white meats.
