Stunning stuff from the Swartland's sandy soils. This wine is alive! Prime Cuts is a sensational white. You're immediately attracted by the jasmine, lemon flowers, bright and citrusy overtones on the nose. The palate is a bright, textural thing of joy that reflects the sandy soils of its terroir. Packed with tangy fruits and blossom notes. Masses of bright bang on the finish, this is such a more-ish wine

A stunning example of a restrained, cool climate Chardonnay. Intense citrus aromas and classic soft fruits, jasmine and walnut are layered with honey and vanilla notes. The palate is beautifully balanced with a refreshing, crisp acidity and a distinct minerality.

Glden to light amber colour. It has a perfumed nose of bright pineapple, ripe apricot, honeyed marmalade and seductive rose petal.

A pale, straw-like yellow colour with a bright green hue. The nose gives great tension and poise brimming with roasted almonds, sweet cashew, Turkish delight, lime zest, apricot and orange marmalade, wild honey and pineapple.

A ripe, open nose with white peach, apricots and hints of jasmine flowers. The palate shows texture and generosity from the old bush vine Chenin, veiled with white spice and exotic notes from the younger, alluring Grenache Blanc, the whole ultimately finishing rich, yet fresh and textural.

The nose has an immediate attack of lemongrass and grapefruit with notes of hay and fennel. The palate has a rich textural mouthfeel of lanolin and waxy lemons. Pithy, affermatively tart with bright acidity this would be a joyous accompaniment to oily fish or green curries.

Bready aromas and dried herbaceous notes, including fennel and aniseed dominate the nose, followed by a creamy lemon character. The palate is reminiscent of the nose, with great textural complexity, attributable to the long, slow wild yeast fermentation.

A low yielding site in Robertson produces the 100% Chardonnay needed for this excellent wine. A tiny amount of oak but this wine is really about the bright mineral fruit and acidity.

A stunning Chenin Blanc from Boutinot in Stellenbosch. Barrel fermented, lees contact and oak matured. Stunning, rich, ripe fruit balanced by acidity.

The wine has a bright hue with a golden straw colour. It displays a refreshing nose of bright pear and peach blossoms with subtle lemon meringue and notes of freshly rolled oats. Crisp apple and chalky citrus are infused with mild layers of Crème Brulé, spun sugar and floral potpourri.
