A classic southern French blend, comprised of 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache & 20% Mourvèdre. Unoaked and bursting with ripe red-berried fruit, undercut with some complexity thanks to the region's distinctive 'garrigue' herbal notes, this is a seriously good take on the classic Languedoc blend.

A fragrant spring bouquet of flowers and red fruits such as strawberry, red currant and raspberry. This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a platter of coche ham, and throughout a meal with grilled meats, Gascony salads and hard cheeses.

We have long searched for a traditional, high quality Cahor. With 85% Tannat, deep, dark, savoury red fruit on nose and palate.

From a wonderful property, 70% Tannat, 30% Merlot, from very old vines and with 18 months in oak. Delicious deep, rich fruit but fresh and juicy. Almost South American in style.

Bold black and red fruits with chocolatey vanilla oak

100% old vine Syrah, complex aromas of blackcurrant with a peppery finish rounded out by supple tannins.

This excellent wine has won many prizes all over the south of France. A delicious blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng. Full of spicy citrus fruit and palatable acidity.

This wine is bright pale yellow in colour, with youthful highlights. It is highly aromatic with exotic white peach and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, it is crisp with bright citrus flavours, good weight and a lasting, clean aromatic finish.

Intensely aromatic, complex nose with notes of red fruits, wild peach and pink grapefruit. You can also discern some floral notes. The same intensity is found on the palate, sustained by the finely balanced sweetness and natural, tangy freshness. The fine bubbles burst onto the palate, freeing up deliciously fruity aromas. The impression is one of biting into a ripe fruit. The aromas have incredible length. The fine bubbles give PILAHO a light, airy feel.

Beautifully ripe Chardonnay, 70% stainless steel fermented, 30% in oak. Ripe aromas of Mirabelle and white peach with some yummy notes of pineapple. On the mouth, the attack is on lemon flavor, then we’ll be on white peach, mirabelle, pear syrup.
