Staete Landt is a reference to the great Dutch explorer Abel Tasman. This is a wonderful, ripe, oily, fat example with gooseberry and passion fruit.

A blend of 98% Syrah and 2% Viognier from the Gimblett Gravels and Pa Bridge area of Hawke Bay. Cool steel fermentation is followed by 10 months in Barrique. An excellent savoury, gamey, red fruit nose with a palate of aromatic, red fruit.

This Pinot Noir very much a New World style with typically varietal black cherry aromas along with dark berry and cherry flavours, backed up with ripe, smooth tannins and a long finish. This is a food-friendly style that will benefit from cellaring for up to 6 years.

Fresh citrus aromatics of sweet lime and grapefruit with subtle floral notes. Light bodied, it is fresh and appealing with flavours of lime and grapefruit carrying through to the palate and a distinct mineral finish reflective of the Blind River sub-region. Rounded and well-balanced acidity with mineral notes on the long finish.

This Grüner Veltliner has delicate aromas of orange blossom and citrus blended with hints of sweet floral honeysuckle. It has great texture with a full mouth feel. Flavours of white peach mingle well with the subtle peppery spice notes. Mineral complexity gives this wine a clean and crisp appeal.

This is a beautifully crafted and most delicious Chardonnay from a 52ha site in Marlborough. Wonderfully integrated fruit and wood on the nose with an excellent palate of unctuous citrus fruit and wood.

Luscious honeyed Riesling named after Agnes – mother of winemaker Heidi and winery manager Chris. The family's pride and joy displays complex flavours of ripe lime, passion fruit and rosy apple with a swirl of light honey. Simply gorgeous.

Greywacke was created in 2009 by Kevin Judd, chief winemaker at Cloudy Bay from its inception for 25 years and instrumental in the international recognition which Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc enjoys now. The name 'Greywacke' was adopted by Kevin for his first Marlborough vineyard located in Rapaura.
