his great aperitif and food rosé is brighter and pinker than the fashionably pale rosés from Provence. The nose shows summer red fruits and the palate is nicely rounded with Bride Valley’s refreshing natural acidity on the finish.

A Dry white wine with a sophisticated edge. Star-bright, medium intensity rose-gold with copper flashes. Highly aromatic with orange blossom and tangerine peel plus attractive stone fruits including apricot and yellow nectarine. The palate is distinctly fruit-driven with vibrant flavours of greengage, quetsch and yellow plum.

Nose showing some florally and white summer fruits, more depth of fruit than expected on the palate, attractively open for a very cool climate and the Granny Smith acidity refreshes the finish, definitely “Burgundian” with a good year or two in front of it.

The palate is crisp and vibrant with a silky mouthfeel. Flavours include bramley apple, quince and candied peel with uplifting acidity and a zesty finish. It boasts good depth of flavour with a refined structure and excellent balance.

From the glorious Dorset countryside comes this elegantly smooth Pinot Noir wine. Floral aromas of peonies and violet lead to strawberry and Morello cherry on the palate. Enjoy with roast pork or vegetarian stroganoff.

Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat. Appealing flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and whitecurrant dance on the palate with a touch of ruby grapefruit.
