Deep red colour, with cherry compote infused with star anise on the nose. The concentrated palate is serious and densely fruity, and well structured tannins suggest good ageing potential.

Aromatically this has a really inviting and vibrant fresh fruit expression of dark cherries, red plums, baking spices, with gently floral notes. The palate focuses on fruit but with enough tannin to give structure, a good length finish, and gentle oaky notes.

This Montepulciano dAbruzzo shows an intense, fruity bouquet with aromas of plum and marasca cherries alongside hints of vanilla. The palate is full yet well balanced with lovely ripe dark red fruits and soft tannins.

The Cantina di Monteforte co-op is situated in the eastern part of Soave Classico and Soave. Cool summer breezes blowing down the Alpone Valley from the foothills of the Dolomites to the north give warm days and cool nights, which helps with the accumulation of aromatic characters in the grapes.

This Negroamaro is ruby red in colour, with purple hues. The aromas are intense with notes of blackberries and blackcurrants. It is medium bodied and velvety, with good balance and savoury notes on the finish.

A serious and complex wine that is rich, intense and drenched in dark red fruits. With morello cherry and a touch of sweet spice on the nose, ripe berry, liquorice, chocolate, summer pudding and a hint of cinnamon spice, full flavoured and smooth supple tannins.

A deep, dark and intense Shiraz from Barrossa. Concentrated blackcurrent fruit, spice and a firm structure.

Vibrant ruby hues gleam out of the glass. The first notes on the nose are of crushed blueberries which then develop on to reveal an intriguing bitter-sweet character of crème de cassis with a touch of underlying parma violets. Fine red-fruits fill the mouth; raspberries and a touch of dark chocolate truffle.

The Classic Oloroso from Fernando de Castilla is rich and dry with notes of citrus fruit, spice and walnuts.

From one of the worlds top sherry producers, this vermouth is made from a blend of PX and Oloroso macerated with 27 botanicals (sourced locally where possible). Rich and mouthfilling, citrus peel fruit flavours are balanced with sweet spice and herbal characteristics. Delicious served over ice, with a splash of soda and garnished with a slice of orange.

Honeysuckle on the nose; richly textured and nicely balanced with flavours of apricots and a satisfying delicate bitterness on the finish.
