Aromas of plum, juicy fresh cherries and subtle spices. The bright palate displays ripe red fruit and blackberry flavours. Plump and fleshy fruit is offset by fresh acidity and youthful tannins and hints of bitter chocolate.

The wine is sourced from grapes equally shaped by the Pacific Ocean that grow in the Aconcagua region's coastal Leyda Valley, grapes that achieve a pungency and aromatic profile redolent of New Zealand's Marlborough region on the other side of the Pacific Rim. Bright, aromatic and crisply textural, with passion fruit, guava and crunchy grapefruit aromas.

Bready aromas and dried herbaceous notes, including fennel and aniseed dominate the nose, followed by a creamy lemon character. The palate is reminiscent of the nose, with great textural complexity, attributable to the long, slow wild yeast fermentation.

Delightful expression of huge brambly Malbec. The nose offers an appealing, mixed spice, bramble fruit bomb followed by dark, damson and savoury overtones on the palate. The finish is smooth, rounded and nicely balanced.
