A fine nose, appealingly fresh with a certain nuttiness as well as some delicate spicy notes. A layered, well-rounded and elegant palate shows citrus flesh and plush acidity with a satisfying toasty finish. The expert balance between richness and fine minerality alongside a complex savoury character make this a beautifully poised and elegant wine.

Pale lemon in colour. On the nose, aromas of citrus and stone fruits are combined with perfectly integrated toasty notes from oak. On the palate, a mouthwatering acidity carries the well defined flavours onto the lingering finish.

This old-vine Chardonnay has aromas of white nectarine, peach and a subtle hint of tropical fruit on the nose.The minerality from the chalky soils shines through on the palate, along side great concentration and fresh acidity with hints of lemon zest on the long finish.

Sourced from 30 - 50 year old vines from a single once walled vineyard, sited next to a church. This is an elegant unoaked Macon-Charnay. Ripe citrus notes on the nose, with a complex palate which balances richness with a savoury, mineral palate

0.5 hectares, sunny, south facing exposition. Vinified in 85% stainless steel and 15% older barrels.

These grapes come from 2 vineyards located in Fontenay Pres-Chablis and in Béru next to the village of Chablis. next to the village of Chablis. The soil is kimmeridgien calcareous clay which goes back to the upper Jurassic age (portlandien). With mostly fruit flavours, it will be perfect for an aperitif or with oysters , shelfish, or grilled fish.
