The palate is medium bodied displaying white peach, nashi pear and zesty citrus flavours. There is a wonderful tension and focus to the wine, with the complexity and texture derived from lees stirring complimenting the taut, mineral structure and fruit intensity. A bright acidity and the fresh fruit flavours persist through to a crisp, lingering finish. -

This deep crimson-coloured Shiraz is youthful and vibrant, with a lovely dark fruit and spiced plum character on the nose. The oak supports the fruit, which is bright and lively on the palate while offering earthy notes of nutmeg and black pepper. The tannins are ripe and velvety, giving the wine texture. -
Deep red in colour with youthful violet hints, the wine has aromas of rose petals, lifted red fruits and a hint of lime marmalade from the co-fermentation with the aromatic Eden Valley Riesling. Wild cherries, blueberries and balanced, spicy oak make for an opulent palate, with velvety tannins and an intriguing finish
