Chateau Argadens
Chateau Argadens is a 13th Century Chateau located in the Southern Gironde and has been owned by the Sichel family since 2002. Chateau Argadens farms with a high enphasis on environmental sustainability and was one of the first Chateaux in Bordeaux to obtain the ISO 14001 certificate, an international reference standard for environmental protection. As well as this they have obtained the Agriculture Raisonnée quaity label for integrated farming and HVE 3, the certificate for high environmental value. This attention to protecting the land shows heavily in the quality of their grapes and wines.

An excellent Claret from the Maison Sichel stable of Bordeaux and is also hard to beat for value in Bordeaux. A blend 0f 63% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc with 12 to 14 month spent in oak, 25% of which is new oak. -

This is really excellent Claret from the Maison Sichel stable of Bordeaux. A fragrant, earthy claret nose leads to a fine and generous Bordeaux fruit palate.
