The Cuvée D is rich and intense, with lively acidity bringing balance, freshness and minerality. As James Halliday describes, "there is a plethora of spiced, dried and fresh fruits, balance and freshness provided by a surge of citrussy acidity on the finish. And aftertaste." The Pinot Noir gives body and length to the wine, while the Chardonnay adds elegance and finesse.

The wine has a lovely Pinot Noir richness on the nose, with aromas of baked apples and vanilla. On the palate, it is full, rounded and well balanced, with a lively, persistent finish.

Produced using the classic Champagne grapes from an ampitheatre like vineyard overlooking Litton Cheney in West Dorset. England's first go at cremant, this wine is well balanced with flavours of whipped cream, cashew, green apple, pear, light nectarine and peach, lemon, lime. Creamy mouthfeel, aggressive but pleasant acid.

An outstanding Sparkling wine from the Franciacorta region. Made from 100% Chardonnay and presented in the most fantastic 'square' bottle. Straw yellow in colour, the palate is rich and crisp with elegant citrus fruit, a steely minerality and moreish acidity. Fine and persistent bubbles leave a pleasant and memorable impression. A fabulous sparkling Blanc de Noirs with great depth of flavour. The colour is lemon gold with a fine stream of tiny bubbles. Floral aromas of white iris & peony marry stone fruit and cherry on the nose with the mildest touch of vanilla and hazelnut.

The palate is crisp, dry and exceedingly refreshing with flavours of freshly squeezed lemons, grapefruit, lemongrass and salty minerality on the finish. It shows very pure varietal expression with exquisitely refined structure and definite poise.

Traditional method, 100% piquepoul blanc. Pale yellow with green highlights in colour , fine clean bubbles on the cordon. Fine and discreet on the nose, with fresh white fruit aromas then dried fruit appearing after aeration.
