Our Classic Fordington Gin is hand created in small batches, using a London Dry recipe with a unique combination of carefully sourced botanicals. Wormwood, lemon balm, mint and spices craft a surprisingly light and refreshing drink with a wonderful length of flavour.

Nose - Lightly alcoholic, zesting orange with appealing complex herbal scents harmonized with a touch of vanilla. Body - Intense orange top with herbal and woody body notes, pleasantly bittersweet and salty.

First developed in the 1860s & still made to the same secret recipe. Brilliantly clear with a vibrant, Campari Red colour. Appealingly complex, with herbal, orange and floral notes. Pleasantly bitter with a velvety aftertaste. Intense notes of orange, herbs and wood.

This is the most delicious Brandy de Jerez. Aged in sherry casks with no artificial colouring. Smooth, full of fruit and delicious.

Black Cow Vodka is the worlds only pure milk vodka. Produced locally in Dorset it is made entirely from the whey that has been separated from the curds that are used to make their local cheddar. This rare and unusual vodka is triple filtered and pure with a unique soft and creamy texture.

The top Armagnac from Chateau De Pellehaut made from their finest grapes. The Armagnac is a blend of reserves with a minimum age of 20 years.
