From Dorsets first gin distillery, Conker Spirits Dorset Dry Gin is distilled using British wheat spirit and New Forest spring water. Inspired by the beautiful countryside within which the distillery is located, the unique mix of 10 botanicals includes gorse flowers, samphire and elderberries.

As is the case as regards all of our crèmes de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur), for our Dijon Crème de Cassis 15% we use the most prestigious blackcurrant variety: the Noir de Bourgogne variety. The berries we use are harvested exclusively in Burgundy in France. We macerate our berries in a water and alcohol solution for about 10 weeks. Indeed, maceration is the best way to extract all flavours from these berries. Consequently, the alcohol-containing juice thus obtained is called infusion. After that, we add French white sugar to obtain this crème de cassis.

A great triple sec (orange liqueur) from Edmond Briottet. This Curaçao is made by double distilling sweet and bitter oranges. The result is a fantastically rich, flavoursome liqueur.

A delicious liqueur, of deepest blue. This is made with the dried peel of bitter Curacao oranges. As with all Edmond Briottet liqueurs, this contains all natural, top quality ingredients.

A darkly hued creme de cacao from Edmond Briottet. This is made with cocoa beans from Ghana. This is superb digestif, and goes great with coffee.

An absolutely incredible wild strawberry liqueur from Edmond Briottet. This Fraise des Bois liqueur is made by macerating the fresh fruits in alcohol. Sugar is then added. And nothing else. It's that simple.

High-quality blackberry liqueur from French artisan producer. All the Briottet range have proper 'real' fruit flavour integrity - they taste like the fruit itself, not some confected approximation. Highly recommended.

A fresh and fruity raspberry liqueur from Dijon producer Edmond Briottet, Crème de Framboise is made by macerated the fresh fruit in alcohol. The result is a fresh-tasting, aromatic and utterly delicious liqueur.
