Produced by the excellent Charles Hours in the foothills of the Pyrenees from Petit Manseng. Sweet, tropical fruit with acidity and style.

100% Petit Manseng with sweet, succulent grapefruit and apricot fruit with clean, fresh acidity and a lingering finish. Perfect with fruit based desserts.

Traditional method, 100% piquepoul blanc. Pale yellow with green highlights in colour , fine clean bubbles on the cordon. Fine and discreet on the nose, with fresh white fruit aromas then dried fruit appearing after aeration.

50% in Amphora 50% in Barrel for 12 months

A blend of fruity peach/apricot, floral honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it finishes with honey and muscatel notes.

Blended from Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, this wine reveals an expressive and harmonious nose. Floral aromas are followed by fresh citrus fruits – orange and lime – then white-fleshed fruits – ripe pear and peach. Smoky notes mingle with the aromatic bouquet.

This 100% Sauvignon blanc, airy and delicate, presents a remarkable aromatic palate and a beautiful balance in the mouth. A top-of-the-range wine with a low alcohol content and beautiful freshness.
