Fruit focused, yellow flesh fruits as well as exotic ones. The mouth is tasty with its notes of yellow peach, mango and plum. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a starter with an ocean salad, or as a dessert with a croustade for example.

Harvested late in the season, the grapes become partially dried on the vine, resulting in wines with candied fruit flavours. Very aromatic. Subtle sweetness thanks to a very rich acidity that harmonizes the sugars. Finesse, lightness and elegance.

Traditional method, 100% piquepoul blanc. Pale yellow with green highlights in colour , fine clean bubbles on the cordon. Fine and discreet on the nose, with fresh white fruit aromas then dried fruit appearing after aeration.

100% Petit Manseng with sweet, succulent grapefruit and apricot fruit with clean, fresh acidity and a lingering finish. Perfect with fruit based desserts.

50% in Amphora 50% in Barrel for 12 months

A blend of fruity peach/apricot, floral honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it finishes with honey and muscatel notes.

Cream and honey on the nose. Great balance here: there is an underlying acidity that ensures longevity and elegance whilst intense, opulent stone fruit flavours fill the mouth without being clumsy or heavy.
