With mostly fruit flavours, it will be perfect for an aperitif or with oysters , shelfish, or grilled fish.
Domaine Felix is one of Saint-Bris' oldest family run estates dating from 1692.Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is pale gold in colour. An intensely aromatic nose with gooseberry, citrusy aromas. Dry on the palate, with the classic gooseberry flavours leading onto a crisp minerally finish.
Sourced from 30 - 50 year old vines from a single once walled vineyard, sited next to a church. This is an elegant unoaked Macon-Charnay. Ripe citrus notes on the nose, with a complex palate which balances richness with a savoury, mineral palate
