Cream and honey on the nose. Great balance here: there is an underlying acidity that ensures longevity and elegance whilst intense, opulent stone fruit flavours fill the mouth without being clumsy or heavy.

This light, pink wine delights us with its delicacy.. The palate is delicious, with a hint of orange blossom and a finish of orange zest. To be enjoyed either as an aperitif or with dessert., suchas chocolate cake at the end of the meal, or on summer melons.

This 100% Sauvignon blanc, airy and delicate, presents a remarkable aromatic palate and a beautiful balance in the mouth. A top-of-the-range wine with a low alcohol content and beautiful freshness.

Bright, pale yellow in colour with aromas of exotic white peach, pineapple and nectarine. There are citrus notes on the palate that are enhanced by a lively acidity. This is a refreshing wine with a good weight and a lasting, clean finish.

Fuller than Pinot Noir from Burgundy, it has a warm, rich nose with aromas of stewed cherries. The palate is nicely balanced with an exciting, savoury bitterness provided by ripe, tasty tannins.

Gently aromatic, ripe melon fruit and fresh citrus on the nose. The palate is ripe but retains excellent freshness, balanced by a touch of white pepper spice that is very typical of this grape variety. Deliciously long, the finish shows bright fruit and a clean, saline/mineral edge.

Intensely aromatic, complex nose with notes of red fruits, wild peach and pink grapefruit, and some floral notes. The same intensity is found on the palate, sustained by the finely balanced sweetness and natural, tangy freshness. The fine bubbles burst onto the palate, freeing up deliciously fruity aromas. The impression is one of biting into a ripe fruit. The aromas have incredible length. Off dry.

A superb 30ha estate which produces excellent varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep Cassis fruit on nose and palate. Dark and delicious.

52% Grenache, 24% Syrah, 24% Carignan. Ageing 15 months. Aromatic, a lot of red fruits combined with aromas of plants and herbs of the south of France. Elegant and well balanced.

Beautifully ripe Chardonnay, 70% stainless steel fermented, 30% in oak. Ripe aromas of Mirabelle and white peach with some yummy notes of pineapple. On the mouth, the attack is on lemon flavor, then we’ll be on white peach, mirabelle, pear syrup.
