    The Pauly Estate is located in the village of Lieser in the Mosel Valley. á100% Riesling fermented in steel with 4-5 months in inert oak. áFresh, mineral and citrus fruits on nose and palate. áDelicious.á

    The grapes are fermented in 100 litre oak Fuder and stainless steel - both parts blended later to add complexity. The wine rests on its fine lees before bottling.Fragrant aromas of ripe apricots and red apples. Delicious citrus characters are balanced by refreshing minerality.

    This wine has a very complex bouquet with aromas of currants and exotic fruits complemented by notes of freshly cut herbs and lemon zest. It has a balanced palate with a hint of salinity and a juicy and fruity finish.
