Winter warmer is grounded in rich, earthy tones layering black pepper & nutmeg over notes of elderberries, blackberries & a hint of burnt orange.

Almond blossom and honeysuckle dance on the nose, with fragrant stone fruits including yellow nectarine and quince. Attractive aromas of freshly baked shortbread and sweet brioche. The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit, sweet apple compote and stewed medlar. It has a wonderful creamy mousse and a silky smooth texture.

Black Cow Vodka is the worlds only pure milk vodka. Produced locally in Dorset it is made entirely from the whey that has been separated from the curds that are used to make their local cheddar. This rare and unusual vodka is triple filtered and pure with a unique soft and creamy texture.

A Dry white wine with a sophisticated edge. Star-bright, medium intensity rose-gold with copper flashes. Highly aromatic with orange blossom and tangerine peel plus attractive stone fruits including apricot and yellow nectarine. The palate is distinctly fruit-driven with vibrant flavours of greengage, quetsch and yellow plum.

A fabulous sparkling Blanc de Noirs with great depth of flavour. The colour is lemon gold with a fine stream of tiny bubbles. Floral aromas of white iris & peony marry stone fruit and cherry on the nose with the mildest touch of vanilla and hazelnut.

A blend of premium Caribbean rums, from carefully selected distilleries in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, aged for up to 3 years.
