A red fruit dominant cuvée with white peach and baked apple notes, this wine offers a round palate suited to all occasions, particularly in the autumn & winter months. The Culver drinks equally well on its own, or particularly with charcuterie & cheeses. Perfect now or age for up to 5 years.

A dry wine suited to all occasions, drinking equally well on its own or with light seafood dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 3 years.

One of Langham Wine Estate’s flagship wines, the Blanc de Blancs, entirely from Chardonnay grown on our Dorset vineyard. Intense, with perfumed notes of orchard fruit, dark, concentrated minerality and full-bodied on the palate – a fantastic sparkling wine for food. A complex yet elegant example of how great Chardonnay can be in the UK.

Christmas Cheer by Fordington Gin with a decadent gin and flavours of damson, hibiscus and cherry. Despite its deep red appearance, Christmas Cheer is a proper gin and not a sweetened gin or liqueur. Winter warmer is grounded in rich, earthy tones layering black pepper & nutmeg over notes of elderberries, blackberries & a hint of burnt orange.

Christmas Spirit was created at our kitchen table using an assortment of winter fruits and spices: brown sugar, cloves, currants, figs , raisins, orange zest, lemon zest, cinnamon and vanilla.

Almond blossom and honeysuckle dance on the nose, with fragrant stone fruits including yellow nectarine and quince. Attractive aromas of freshly baked shortbread and sweet brioche. The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit, sweet apple compote and stewed medlar. It has a wonderful creamy mousse and a silky smooth texture.
