The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with Warner Edwards' Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion.

Distilled from Somerset apple cider this Brandy retains some of its fresh apple aromas but has developed into a more complex and smooth cider. Complex with a velvety palate and intriguing spicy aftertaste.

‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ has fragrant notes of fresh lemon peel and Provence herbs are complemented by the natural sweetness of red fruit and the distinctive perfume of white flowers and orange blossom. Lavender and lemon verbena, along with a hint of white pepper.

Salcombe Gin is produced in a 450 litre Arnold Holstein still charmingly named Provident, and made with thirteen botanicals including Macedonian juniper, fresh lemon, lime and red grapefruit peels, cardamom, liquorice, cinnamon bark, chamomile, coriander seeds and cubeb berries. The inspiration for the gin comes from the Salcombe 'fruiters' that brought exotic fruit into Devon from the Azores, West Indies and Mediterranean in the 19th century. Water sourced from Dartmoor is used to bring it down to 44%.

A wonderfully big gin led by dry piney juniper, punctuated perfectly with a herbaceous jammy sweetness from marsh samphire, elderberries and Seville orange that jumps out of the glass in a long G&T. Delicious with ginger beer in a Gin Mule or in a Negroni.
