Pinot Noir
Wine Description:

Beautiful color with purple reflections. The intense nose combines aromas of red fruits (cherry, redcurrant) and hints of garrigue. On the palate, the wine is very elegant, enhanced by freshness with notes of sweet spices.

After destemming and crushing the grapes, alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature (below 25 ° C). During fermentation, the vats are punched down daily in order to obtain moderate extraction of color and tannins. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended and aged for a few months in vats, before being bottled.

The vineyard is located on the most qualitative terroir of Languedoc, region, between the last foothills of the Eastern Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. We find ourselves here, as if by magic, at the confluence of two climates: the Mediterranean influences bring the generosity and the sun favorable to beautiful maturities. The westerly flows, on the other hand, maintain the humidity and freshness necessary for the expression of the fruit. The diversity of the soils completes this picture, the gravel terraces with large rolled pebbles dominate the semi-hillsides which slope towards the Pyrenees.
