Domaine De Pellehaut Blanc is made up of a blend of Sauvignon, Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay and Gros manseng et Petit manseng. Harmonie blanc 2024 has a pale yellow color with green highlights. Beautifully ripe Chardonnay, 70% stainless steel fermented, 30% in oak. Ripe aromas of Mirabelle and white peach with some yummy notes of pineapple. On the mouth, the attack is on lemon flavor, then we’ll be on white peach, mirabelle, pear syrup.
