Fortified

A younger tawny port from Graham's, aged for 10 years and balancing the direct sweetness of a younger wine with some of the richer flavours that develop with age.

A rare breed aged Fino with only 1000 bottles made annually. Broad and full yet fresh with a deep, yeasty, nutty palate, fresh acidity and balanced alcohol.

Brick red colour. Pronounced nose of sultanas, dried apricot and raspberry, and a touch of spice. The palate is rich and complex with layers of dried fruits, butterscotch, hazelnut, spice and cinnamon. Full and generous on the finish.

The base for this Vermouth is Riesling from the Urziger Würzgarten, which has a rich mouth feel, spicy acid tingle and lingering finish. 11 botanicals were selected, extracted in spirit and then blended with a sweet Riesling Kabinett wine.

Fernando de Castilla are the top Bodega and this is a delicious, mature Oloroso with rich, oaky, fruit, smokey flavours. Try with nuts or strong cheese.

Outstanding sherry! Delicate aromas of fruit and dried orange peel leading to a powerful, intense palate. 20 years old but still fresh and aromatic.

The best PX we have ever tried! Sherry from a single Solera with an age of 30 years. Bottled unfined or filtered. Sweet and full but balanced with flavours of coffee, prune and chocolate.

A very rare breed! From one of the very finest Bodegas, an antique sherry with the nutty nuances of Amontillado and the rich fruity qualities of Oloroso.

Bottled with an average age of over 25 years. It is dark mahogany in colour with an aromatic nose of nuts, dates, raisins, black chocolate and background hints of liquorice. Rich, smooth and full bodied with an attractive sweetness which does not obscure the wine's old Oloroso backbone.

Retaining a deep and youthful colour, the nose has intense black fruit characters, with notes of sweet spices, liquorice and vanilla. The palate has structure and concentration, with rich, ripe plum and cherry flavours, more spice and firm tannins. It is drinking well now, but still has many years ahead.
