Traditional method, 100% piquepoul blanc. Pale yellow with green highlights in colour , fine clean bubbles on the cordon. Fine and discreet on the nose, with fresh white fruit aromas then dried fruit appearing after aeration.

52% Grenache, 24% Syrah, 24% Carignan. Ageing 15 months. Aromatic, a lot of red fruits combined with aromas of plants and herbs of the south of France. Elegant and well balanced.

A fragrant spring bouquet of flowers and red fruits such as strawberry, red currant and raspberry. This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a platter of coche ham, and throughout a meal with grilled meats, Gascony salads and hard cheeses.

This 'croquant' Cinsault is bright and deliciously enjoyable. Unoaked, vibrant redcurrant and raspberry fruit with a wild, delicately tannic herbaceous edge.

Domaine de Vedilhan is made by Boutinot, it is made of an 100% Viognier grape varitey. Temperature controlled wine making methods are used to keep the wines cool in the hot climate, this helps to keep the wine vibrant and fresh. The grapes are harvested early which helps preserve the acidity and delicate aromatics.

This excellent wine has won many prizes all over the south of France. A delicious blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng. Full of spicy citrus fruit and palatable acidity.

A blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Vermentino. The two grape varieties are harvested at different times of the year to ensure that they are perfect. Sauvignon grapes are harvested in late August and the Vermentino grape in mid September.
