A pale, straw-like yellow colour with a bright green hue. The nose gives great tension and poise brimming with roasted almonds, sweet cashew, Turkish delight, lime zest, apricot and orange marmalade, wild honey and pineapple.

The palate is crisp and vibrant with a silky mouthfeel. Flavours include bramley apple, quince and candied peel with uplifting acidity and a zesty finish. It boasts good depth of flavour with a refined structure and excellent balance.

Very pure and bright, with an attractive nose of white flowers, warm hay and ripe lemon aromas. Zesty acidity is nicely complemented by the richness and peach notes on the palate with a hint of pear.

Aromas of fresh mown grass, nettles and tart gooseberries are followed by a richly flavoured palate with a good concentration of fruit and dry typically Sauvignon finish. The wine has a great balance of ripeness and freshness with underlying minerality - just what Touraine Sauvignon should be.
