52% Grenache, 24% Syrah, 24% Carignan. Ageing 15 months. Aromatic, a lot of red fruits combined with aromas of plants and herbs of the south of France. Elegant and well balanced.

Beautifully ripe Chardonnay, 70% stainless steel fermented, 30% in oak. Ripe aromas of Mirabelle and white peach with some yummy notes of pineapple. On the mouth, the attack is on lemon flavor, then we’ll be on white peach, mirabelle, pear syrup.

From a wonderful property, 70% Tannat, 30% Merlot, from very old vines and with 18 months in oak. Delicious deep, rich fruit but fresh and juicy. Almost South American in style.

Very dark coloured Malbec wine from Cahors. A fruity, medium bodied wine with vivacity and freshness.

This excellent wine has won many prizes all over the south of France. A delicious blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng. Full of spicy citrus fruit and palatable acidity.

We have long searched for a traditional, high quality Cahor. With 85% Tannat, deep, dark, savoury red fruit on nose and palate.

Sustainable. 100% Picpoul. Pale straw yellow. Bright and lemony fresh on the nose. On the palate zippy flavors of citrus, peach, fresh herbs, and oyster shell with a touch of richness. Fresh and zingy with a sea salt-laced finish.

A classic southern French blend, comprised of 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache & 20% Mourvèdre. Unoaked and bursting with ripe red-berried fruit, undercut with some complexity thanks to the region's distinctive 'garrigue' herbal notes, this is a seriously good take on the classic Languedoc blend.

Delightfully crisp and refreshing, as Provence rosé should be. Powdery pink in colour, with notes of white peaches, redcurrants and mandarin.

This is the top cuvee from Domaine De Pellehaut which they only make in very small quantities each year. A blend of Chardonnay and Petit Manseng this is one of the best value wines we have tasted in years. Ripe, tropical fruit of citrus, lychee and pineapple balanced with toasty, rich vanilla oak.
