Bowser LEAF is an Alcohol-free exploration of the fresh, herbaceous foliage of plants, derived entirely from the spring water distillation of five honest botanicals.Your Alcohol-free G&T-dry and delicious served long with a classic tonic and a slice of lemon.

This is an excellent wine showing great winemaking skill. 86% Bacchus, 14% Chardonnay, matured in American Oak for seven months. An elderflower and vanilla nose with a broad yet fresh palate of citrus and wood.

Nose showing some florally and white summer fruits, more depth of fruit than expected on the palate, attractively open for a very cool climate and the Granny Smith acidity refreshes the finish, definitely “Burgundian” with a good year or two in front of it.

Lots of crisp apple and pear fruit characters on the palate with a fine, persistent mousse. There’s a long finish which shows some biscuity development along with characteristic, balanced acidity.

Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat. Appealing flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and whitecurrant dance on the palate with a touch of ruby grapefruit.
