This is an excellent wine showing great winemaking skill. 86% Bacchus, 14% Chardonnay, matured in American Oak for seven months. An elderflower and vanilla nose with a broad yet fresh palate of citrus and wood.

Nose showing some florally and white summer fruits, more depth of fruit than expected on the palate, attractively open for a very cool climate and the Granny Smith acidity refreshes the finish, definitely “Burgundian” with a good year or two in front of it.

Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat. Appealing flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and whitecurrant dance on the palate with a touch of ruby grapefruit.

From the glorious Dorset countryside comes this elegantly smooth Pinot Noir wine. Floral aromas of peonies and violet lead to strawberry and Morello cherry on the palate. Enjoy with roast pork or vegetarian stroganoff.

A delicate combination of floral elderflower and fresh pine with a hint of berry sweetness and herbaceous dill on the nose. Sweet yet complex berry flavours on the palate with a faint hint of salinity from kelp and samphire. Floral notes from elderflower and resinous pine provide a full spectrum of flavour. The finish is long and lingering with sweetness making way for elderberry tartness, dryness from sage and pine and lasting sense of the sea from the subtle flavours of kelp.

Deliciously hoppy and brewed using a blend of the finest Maris Otter and Munich Malts, with Citra aroma hops to give a hint of grapefruit on the nose. Dorset Pale is filtered, lightly carbonated and served chilled, making this keg session ale very drinkable indeed.

A fifty fifty blend of North British Distillery single grain and Glen Grant single malt. The two Whiskies are then married together in conjunction with quality spring water that descends from the Scottish Highlands which creates a smooth, warm and delicious taste.
