From Dorsets first gin distillery, Conker Spirits Dorset Dry Gin is distilled using British wheat spirit and New Forest spring water. Inspired by the beautiful countryside within which the distillery is located, the unique mix of 10 botanicals includes gorse flowers, samphire and elderberries.

A wonderfully big gin led by dry piney juniper, punctuated perfectly with a herbaceous jammy sweetness from marsh samphire, elderberries and Seville orange that jumps out of the glass in a long G&T. Delicious with ginger beer in a Gin Mule or in a Negroni.

Rested in Port barrels for 8 weeks, our Dorset Dry Gin draws out the 5-year-old Port from the oak walls of the cask, infusing its aged flavour and turning the gin a stunning ruby-pink.

Big, malty coffee aromas with a vibrant bright fruitiness. Bold espresso balanced with rich chocolate, toasted malt, and vanilla with a hint of juicy, ripe berries. Caramel and raisins give way to a long, strong coffee finish.

Fresh raspberries and a piney juniper on the nose, tart raspberry jam and dry spice on the palate, with a long red fruit and citrus finish.
